"Stephanie was the absolute best doula anyone could ask for. She was so supportive and truly one of the best people at my birth. She made sure I was confident, comfortable, and heard. She not only made sure I was confident and informed, she made sure my husband was too, which was important for us. As a surrogate, things can get confusing but she made sure I was the main focus as the person giving birth but also made sure the intended parents were involved as much as I was comfortable with. I had some unpredictable complications but she was by my side every step of the way and I am so thankful she was. I honestly could not have asked for anyone better to support me! I would choose Stephanie a million times and recommend her a million times to anyone ."

"I am so happy to have had the privilege of working with Stephanie as my postpartum doula. The minute Stephanie showed up to my home, I felt as if she were an old friend. She was a perfect balance of observant and intuitive. She didn't overload me with questions and I appreciated that. She sensed how I was feeling and had great communication with my family, even with cultural differences. I always felt my baby was in good hands and I could learn from Stephanie.

I needed extra help with breastfeeding. I had hesitations about getting help because of my experience with hospital staff where I felt they pushed me to do what THEY wanted and I was always rushed. I felt like I needed to fit into a box. That was not the case with Stephanie. She was relaxed and helped me figure out what worked for ME and my baby. That was how she was with everything. I interviewed many doulas from different sites before picking Stephanie. She was the only one who made me feel like I was one of her priorities and made me feel like I was never going to be an inconvenience(even though I was farther away). She gave advice, classes, guidance, resources and best of all her time through the labor process. Very thankful for the experience I had with her as my doula.
