Postpartum Services

Postpartum is a big transition, and you don’t have to figure it all out on your own.

As a postpartum doula, I’m here to support you as you recover, adjust to life with a new baby, and find your footing. That might look like infant care and feeding support, answering newborn-care questions, helping with light household tasks or meal prep, or simply giving you space to rest and process everything that comes with becoming a parent.

Sometimes you need information. Sometimes you need reassurance. Sometimes you just need someone to say, “Yep, this part IS hard, and I'm here with you.”

My goal is to help you feel cared for, confident, and a little less overwhelmed.

​

Postpartum support is currently offered as daytime visits, typically 2–3 hours long. You do not need to have been a birth client to book a postpartum visit.

Some insurance plans include postpartum visits as part of doula coverage. Get in touch to learn more.
