About Us
Hello, friend.

I'm so glad you're here.
I believe that knowledge is power—and when it comes to birth, having the right support can make all the difference. Birth is not one-size-fits-all—and you deserve support that respects your choices, values, and instincts. My approach is rooted in evidence-based care, giving you the knowledge and confidence to make informed decisions while leaving space for what feels right for you.

Whether you’re planning a hospital birth, birth center experience, or home birth—with or without medication—I’m here to support you every step of the way. I trust you to make the best choices for your body, your pregnancy, and your baby. My role is to provide guidance, reassurance, and continuous support so you can navigate this journey feeling empowered and prepared.

I also provide comprehensive support for your partner, family, and birth team, making sure everyone feels informed and empowered. Birth isn’t just about the baby—it’s about you, your well-being, and the experience you want to create.

Inclusivity and respect are at the heart of my practice; every birthing person deserves respect, compassion, and unbiased support. I proudly stand with all families, and I am committed to breaking down barriers to care—whether that means finding the right resources for mental health or feeding your baby, offering emotional support, or simply being a steady presence in the moments that matter most — sometimes that might look like just having someone in your corner who truly listens.

My goal is to create a space where you feel seen, heard, and fully supported, no matter how your birth unfolds. Whether you’re loving each moment of pregnancy or just trying to survive it, you don’t have to do it alone.

Our Services
Birth doula services include: unlimited phone and text communication, two (or more) prenatal meetings, and continuous emotional and physical support during labor. After your baby arrives, I also provide two postpartum visits to help you transition smoothly into parenthood.
Lactation Support
As a Certified Lactation Counselor, support is built in with doula services to help you feel confident and supported as you navigate infant feeding. This can also look like one-on-one prenatal education, a postpartum visit focused on feeding, or ongoing support through phone and text.
Postpartum doula services focus on nurturing and supporting you during the early weeks and months after childbirth. I provide unbiased support with everything from feeding to newborn care, ensuring you feel confident and reassured as you transition into parenthood.
