Hello, friend.

I'm so glad you're here.
I really believe that when it comes to birth, knowledge is power—and having the right support by your side can change everything. Birth isn’t one-size-fits-all, and you deserve care that honors your instincts, values, and choices.

My approach is rooted in evidence-based care, but just as importantly, it’s about what feels right to you. Whether you're planning a hospital birth, a cozy home birth, a birth center experience—with or without medication—I'm here to walk with you through it all.

I trust you to know what’s best for your body and your baby. My role? To offer steady support, helpful info, and a calming presence so you feel confident and cared for.

I’m also here for your partner, family, or birth team—because when everyone feels informed and supported, the whole experience shifts.
Birth isn’t just about welcoming a baby—it’s about your whole journey, and how you feel during it.

Respect, compassion, and inclusivity are at the heart of what I do. I support all families and work to break down barriers to care—whether that’s finding the right mental health support, helping you feed your baby, or just being someone who really listens.

No matter how your birth unfolds, my goal is to make sure you feel seen, heard, and never alone—whether you're soaking it all in or just trying to make it through the day.

Services
Birth doula services include: unlimited phone and text communication, two (or more) prenatal meetings, and continuous emotional and physical support during labor. After your baby arrives, I also provide two postpartum visits to help you transition smoothly into parenthood.
As a Certified Lactation Counselor, support is built in with doula services to help you feel confident and supported as you navigate infant feeding. This can also look like one-on-one prenatal education, a postpartum visit focused on feeding, or ongoing support through phone and text.
Postpartum doula services focus on nurturing and supporting you during the early weeks and months after childbirth. I provide unbiased support with everything from feeding to newborn care, ensuring you feel confident and reassured as you transition into parenthood.
