All birth/labor support packages include prenatal appointments, continuous labor and delivery support, and postpartum visits.

Packages are customizable to best meet your needs, and can include lactation education and/or lactation support in the postpartum period.

In addition, doula support includes:

unlimited phone and text support

on-call starting at 38 weeks

continuous labor support

Prenatal and postpartum education surrounding labor and delivery comfort measures, birth planning, lactation/infant feeding, infant care, baby-wearing, and other topics as needed.

Birth doula services range from $1,750-$3,000.
